Let Umech detail your custom ultra high purity gas panel. We can handle the procurement, detail drawings, fabrication orbital welding and testing to your specifications. We have orbital welding capability from 1/8” to 4” tube in stainless steel and exotic non ferrous materials. Our UHP gas and process cooling water panels can be fabricated for clean rooms and PC2 laboratory specifications for materials and cleanability requirements.

Spools & Fittings

Umech’s pipefitter welders can fabricate a custom quality solution in our clean fabrication facility equipped with robotic orbital welding equipment. Custom spools and fittings for your project can be fabricated to reduce potential leak points and ugly transitions between fittings. Simply supply us with detail of your requirement. Let us weld and assemble fittings for your application that are not in the catalogue. We can fabricate BSP to NPT to Triclover to BSM unions to KF vacuum fittings to Swagelok to VCR to Flanges or any other combination.

Stainless pipe welding

As well as ultra high purity piping Umech can fabricate large diameter stainless steel pipe spools and transitions. We can weld, polish and passivate stainless steel pipe up to 600mm diameter for your project. We can reduce your site costs and increase the quality for your project.
